Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, kamelyada birlikte alkol alan Ertu\u011frul Aktan (37) ile \u00d6.Y. (29) ve D.Y. (34) aras\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130ddiaya g\u00f6re tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00fczerine Aktan darbedildi. Uzakla\u015fmak isteyen Aktan, karanl\u0131kta dengesini kaybederek K\u0131z\u0131l\u0131rmak Nehri\u2019ne d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgeye sa\u011fl\u0131k, polis, jandarma, itfaiye ve AFAD ekipleri sevk edildi. Su alt\u0131 arama ve kurtarma ekiplerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu Aktan\u2019\u0131n cans\u0131z bedenine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan \u00d6.Y. ve D.Y., emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edildi. Savc\u0131l\u0131ktaki sorgular\u0131 sonras\u0131 n\u00f6bet\u00e7i hakimli\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u00d6.Y. tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderilirken, D.Y. ise savc\u0131l\u0131k sorgusunun ard\u0131ndan serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.
