Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan temel a\u015famas\u0131na ba\u015flanacak.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u0130neg\u00f6l Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan il\u00e7enin gelece\u011fine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan biri olarak hayata ge\u00e7irilen ve \u015fehrin ilk yerinde kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm uygulamas\u0131 olan Turgutalp Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Projesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar planlanan takvim do\u011frultusunda devam ediyor. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n daha g\u00fcvenli, modern ve konforlu ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen projede, farkl\u0131 etaplarda e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Projenin ilk etab\u0131nda in\u015faat faaliyetleri s\u00fcrerken, 2. ve 3. etaplarda yap\u0131la\u015fma \u00f6ncesi \u00f6nemli bir a\u015fama olan zemin iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Zemin g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan 2. ve 3. etaplarda temel imalatlar\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Binalar\u0131n y\u00fckseldi\u011fi 1. Etapta gelinen noktada in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. ve 3. etaplarda temel \u00f6ncesi haz\u0131rl\u0131klar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda 2. ve 3. etaplarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tahliye ve y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan zemin iyile\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ildi.
