Yalova \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Narkotik Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile \u0130stihbarat \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince, uyu\u015fturucu madde sevkiyat\u0131 ve ticaretinin \u00f6nlenmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re, 24 Temmuz\u2019da belirlenen adrese \u00d6zel Harekat polislerinin de deste\u011fiyle operasyon d\u00fczenledi. Operasyonda 2 \u015f\u00fcpheli g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Sokak d\u00fczeyinde uyu\u015fturucu madde sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenen 1 \u015f\u00fcpheli de 25 Temmuz\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen operasyonla yakaland\u0131.\n<\/p>\n

\u015e\u00fcphelilerin ikametlerinde ve \u00fczerlerinde yap\u0131lan aramalarda, 1 ruhsats\u0131z tabanca, 1 \u015farj\u00f6r, 25 fi\u015fek, 7 par\u00e7a halinde toplam 217,61 gram \u00e7e\u015fitli t\u00fcrlerde uyu\u015fturucu madde ile 1 hassas terazi ele ge\u00e7irildi.\n<\/p>\n

Yap\u0131lan sorgulamalarda \u015f\u00fcphelilerden birinin “kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrme”, “su\u00e7 i\u015flemek amac\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fct kurma”, “uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde ticareti yapma”, “6136 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna Muhalefet” ve “h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k” su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan arand\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Bir di\u011fer \u015f\u00fcphelinin ise Interpol taraf\u0131ndan “h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k” su\u00e7undan k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcltenle arand\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayr\u0131ca “uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde imal ve ticareti” su\u00e7undan 20 y\u0131l 7 ay 15 g\u00fcn kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapis cezas\u0131 ile 41 bin lira adli para cezas\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu tespit edildi. Di\u011fer \u015f\u00fcpheli hakk\u0131nda ise “uyu\u015fturucu veya uyar\u0131c\u0131 madde imal ve ticareti yapmak” su\u00e7undan adli i\u015flem ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.\n<\/p>\n

Adliyeye sevk edilen 3 \u015f\u00fcpheli \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanarak cezaevine teslim edildi.\n<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan ekiplerce 26 Temmuz\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, “kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcrme” ile “6136 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna Muhalefet” su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan iki ayr\u0131 dosyadan hakk\u0131nda toplam 27 y\u0131l 5 ay kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapis cezas\u0131 bulunan bir h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc de yakaland\u0131. Adliyeye sevk edilen h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc, \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.\n<\/p>\n
